We ship your order from our warehouse within 2 to 4 business days after your purchase.
Uminox delivers worldwide. Under normal circumstances, shipping takes 10 to 15 business days, depending on your location and the shipping option selected. Orders placed over the weekend are usually packed and shipped on the next business day.
In the event of delays caused by factors beyond our control (such as natural disasters, pandemics, or customs issues), Uminox cannot be held responsible. Please allow up to 30 business days before contacting our customer service team regarding a delayed or missing order. You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email.
To offer the best possible prices, our products are shipped directly from our partner warehouse. We are not responsible for any errors that may occur with third-party logistics providers. By placing an order on our site, you agree to all terms stated on this website. If you have any questions before completing your purchase, we recommend contacting us in advance.
If a package is not collected and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a €20 fee for return shipping and handling.
